The Cheesecake Factory, Tulsa, OK
The Good :
I like the open space, the service and quality of the food and the freshness of the ingredients I tasted.
The Bad :
I really like cheesecake so when I am here I have a hard time finding once slice I can settle on. Maybe thats not a bad thing.
American chain restaurant featuring a huge menu including over 30 different kinds of fresh baked cheesecake!
I got here early enough that it wasn’t too busy so I was able to grab a table in the bar fairly quickly. The Cheesecake Factory (TCF) restaurants in general are fairly large. They sport massive menues with everything from appetizers, soups salads, entrees, pastas, cheesecakes and an assortment of other desserts. I don’t often review chains but I have always had an affection for TCF.
Today, I tried out several of what I see online as their best rated dishes. I start out with fried cheese. What I like about their cheese sticks is they combine mozzarella and fontina cheese which creates a warm, gooey and lighter flavor as compared to a standard mozzarella only. The bread is good but be forewarned, it can fill you up fast. One of my all time favorite pasta dishes here is the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic. The dish has great flavors which also stand out independently.
Check out the video to see the food, watch me try it and talk about all the flavors in this one-of-a-kind episode.
