BBQ Slut – Beer Can Chicken

The Best Beer Can Chicken, Grilled Veggies and Pineapple you’re going to find anywhere!

Oh, yes he did!  Michael David knocks it out of the park again with his grillin’!  On this upcoming episode he grabs some Nola Brewing company beer and shoves it up a chicken’s ass.   (You have to watch the video to see).  

This technique makes the chicken come out delicious and moist every time.  Cooked over indirect heat for about 1.5 hours.  The meat falls off the bone!   He also whips up a batch of his house baslsamic vinaigrette which he uses to marinate the veggies.   And he soaks some freshly cut pineapple in lemon juice, honey and cayenne pepper to give it a little zing.  The video shows you how to do it all.   Cooking with a Weber Grill and Kingsford charcoal as always.   New episode due out FRIDAY at BBQ-SLUT.com
