Hey, Y’all! Guess what! My new special, BBQ Slut, where I, Michael David, Mast BBQ Chef Extraordinaire, break out the Weber Grill, Charcoal and my apron and start cooking with fire. I’ve been grilling since I was about 12. I prefer cooking on charcoal but in a pinch a gas grill will due. Nothing beats the flavor of cooking with charcoal. I mostly use Kingsford classic, but I have been known to break out some other specialty cooking coals from time to time.
